Booking privacy notice

What we collect
Your name, email address, company, role, optional phone number, preferred way to connect, selected venture themes and demo bookings, plus your message if you request an appointment. We record when you acknowledge this notice.
How we use it
We use these details to recommend relevant ventures, reserve demo places, prevent duplicate or overlapping bookings, send booking notifications, respond to appointment enquiries and help SEEd.Lab organise Shaping Impact 2026. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.
AI match notes
Venture selection uses your chosen themes. Shaping Impact AI uses Google Gemini through Vercel AI Gateway to write an introduction and explain the matches. We send only your selected themes, connection-type option and approved public venture summaries. We do not send your name, email, phone number, company, role or free-text responses to the model. If AI is unavailable, category matches remain available with standard explanations.
Your selected themes and recommendations are saved with your existing event registration, so you can return to them. This does not create a new account.
Who can access it
Authorised SEEd.Lab organisers can view and export booking information to coordinate the event and share relevant attendee details with the venture teams you book or contact. Each authorised venture account can view and export only its own attendees and appointment enquiries. The site uses Supabase for data and authentication, Vercel for hosting and Resend for booking emails.
Your browser session
Essential cookies keep your registration available for up to 24 hours and maintain an admin session where applicable. This site does not use advertising or marketing trackers.
Private return links
Your attendee booking confirmation includes a private Open My Matches link, valid for 30 days. Opening it restores your saved page and bookings in another browser for up to 24 hours. Keep the receipt and link private: anyone with that link can open this information. The link is excluded from venture-team and organiser notifications and AI requests. We store hashes of access tokens to protect return access.
We recognise the same normalised email within this event and booking mode to prevent duplicate or overlapping bookings. Entering an email alone does not reveal earlier registration details or a full booking history. Use the private link in your existing booking receipt to retrieve them.
