NeuroDiver.
NeuroDiver helps neurodivergent adults thrive at work through practical, psychologist-vetted tools, with no diagnosis or disclosure required. Its daily support platform brings together hosted co-working sessions, energy tracking and more than 100 lived strategies. Through a web app and physical Strategy Card Deck, people can find practical support for managing their energy, building structure and working in ways that fit them.
The problem
About 1 in 20 working adults are autistic and/or have ADHD; in a 5,000-person company that is roughly 250 people, most undiagnosed or undisclosed. Late-diagnosed adults know they are neurodivergent but lack the tools and structure to work sustainably, and assessment in Malaysia is costly and time consuming.

The Solution
NeuroDiver is a daily support platform for neurodivergent adults at work. It combines three tools: hosted Co-Working Sessions (body doubling on Malaysian time, cameras optional), an Energy Tracker (daily check-in and weekly report that flags burnout early), and a Strategy Deck of 100+ lived strategies vetted by clinical psychologists. It runs as a web app plus a physical Strategy Card Deck. No diagnosis or disclosure is needed to join.
