Discover and collect
Identify applicable ESG topics and collect departmental, site and supplier data in one structured workflow.
An ESG data platform helps companies collect, track and report sustainability data, with every figure traceable to its source.

Scout360 is a Malaysian ESG data platform that helps companies meet sustainability reporting requirements, including Bursa Malaysia, NSRF and IFRS S1/S2, without a large in-house team. It takes companies from identifying what to report through data collection, GHG calculation and monitoring to audit-ready disclosure, with every figure traceable to its source. For large buyers, Scout360 collects verifiable ESG data from suppliers to support Scope 3 reporting, while helping SMEs produce their own sustainability statements simply and efficiently.
Sustainability reporting is now finance-grade, but most companies still run it on spreadsheets. Under Malaysia's National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF), listed companies are adopting IFRS S1 and S2 in phases, with large non-listed companies to follow. Large buyers are asking suppliers for emissions data, and exporters face the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.
Yet in most organisations: Data is scattered across bills, logs, systems and suppliers. Ownership falls on finance teams without technical support and system. Figures can't be traced back to source, making review and assurance slow and costly. Expertise is scarce, with continuity issues when trained personnel leave. The consequences For reporting companies: unreliable data that cannot be used for business decisions, time and cost spent rebuilding reports every year, higher assurance effort, weaker ESG ratings and access to sustainable financing. For data users: investors, lenders, regulators and buyers make decisions based on estimates rather than real performance, with supplier figures they cannot verify. For the ecosystem: SMEs risk losing their place in supply chains and export markets.
An ESG data platform that makes sustainability reporting repeatable, traceable and year-round. Discover: identifies the ESG topics and data points that apply, based on sector and obligations (Bursa Malaysia, NSRF, IFRS S1/S2, SASB). Collect: captures data from departments, sites and suppliers in one structured workflow. Calculate: converts activity data into GHG emissions and ESG metrics using recognised methodologies, with every calculation documented. Monitor: tracks performance through live dashboards, all year round. Disclose: produces audit-ready outputs with a full data trail. Guided onboarding, then self-sufficiency. Our ESG specialists onboard new clients through their first reporting cycle. From year two, the platform carries the process, and what we learn is built back into the product. Built by practitioners. Designed by specialists in GHG accounting and ISO 14064 verification, so the workflow reflects how finance and operations teams really work. .
