Rosary Labs applies AI to automate legal, forensic engineering, geoscience, and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC). It cuts turnaround time, catches errors before they turn into rework and cost overruns, allowing firms to scale output without scaling headcount.
The problem
While the latest AI model is getting harder to catch up to, most traditional industries fall behind, especially in deep technical domains. In construction, every building begins with a drawing. These drawings are turned into 3D models by hand, reviewed by experts who have limited knowledge, and then measured by hand again by quantity surveyors to produce the bill of quantities.

Unfortunately, rework is often and directly translates to tender delay and revenue loss. These are repetitive, rules-based workflows, yet AEC remains one of the least digitised industries.

The Solution
Rosary Labs offers two products: Rosary Search and Rosary AEC Rosary Search is a search engine applied to proprietary databases. It serves companies with a huge repository of knowledge, be it legal, forensic engineering or geoscience. Rosary Search retrieves and ranks the information in the knowledge base and generates insights with grounded citation allowing experts to perform deep research work accurately. Powered by Rosary Search, Rosary AEC offers three (3) modules: Automate 2D CAD to 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) conversion thus reducing manual modelling from 1 week to 1 hour; Review BIM models against company design rules or playbook empowering engineers to focus on key design leakage and major safety requirement; Automate Bill of Quantity generation according to the standard of measurement for tender format standardisation.
