Workplace readiness
Accessibility checks and training help employers prepare for inclusive hiring.

Accessibility checks, inclusive hiring, training and coaching help employers recruit and retain people with disabilities and neurodivergent talent.

ENOKU helps organisations build inclusive workplaces with confidence. From accessibility audits and manager preparedness training to tailored candidate placement and post-employment coaching, ENOKU provides end-to-end solutions that enable businesses to recruit, support, and retain Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Neurodivergent (ND) talents. By combining workplace readiness with inclusion expertise, ENOKU helps organisations create environments where diverse talent can contribute meaningfully and thrive.
Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Neurodivergent (ND) individuals continue to face significant barriers to employment in Malaysia, compounded by limited awareness and understanding of workplace inclusion among employers. Today, less than 5% of PWDs are employed despite the growing number of registered PWDs each year.
If left unaddressed, this persistent employment gap will continue to drive economic exclusion, limit workforce participation, and hinder the nation's economic growth potential.
ENOKU improves employment opportunities and workplace inclusion for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Neurodivergent (ND) individuals in Malaysia. Through disability inclusion and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training, tailored employment placement services, and long-term workplace inclusion frameworks, ENOKU partners with employers to build inclusive environments where diverse talent can thrive, contribute meaningfully, and achieve sustainable career growth.
